Cllr Mike O'Brien addresses Local Government Association

The Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Community and Safety Cllr Mike O'Brien addressed the Local Government Associations annual conference today. He was joined by the Parliamentary Undersecretary of State for Local Government Bob Neil MP, David Frost the Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce and Cllr Paul Bettison the Chairman of the LGA with special responsibility for Local Government Regulation. Mike's presentation covered the Estates Excellence Award Scheme that was piloted in Medway in November 2009.
